Weekly journal 5: Roommate/housemate/sublet Wanted Ad (fiction)
Part 1 (Due 1pm on Monday, 3/2)
Choose one from the following topics {Roommate wanted, housemate wanted, sublet wanted}. Make & post an ad for the chosen topic in Japanese. Use the ads as good examples (Genki textbook, p. 279). Be creative and feel free to include images!

Include the followings in your ad:

• Location of your place


• Description of your place


• Contact information

Part 2 (Due 1pm on Friday, 3/5)
Pick some ads that you’re interested. Ask questions what you can do in the room/house using ～てもいいですか. Keep on looking until you find a place to live. Make sure that you respond to others’ questions, too!

Part 1 (Due 1pm on Monday, 2/23): Post your blog entry!
Topic: Things you do/did
Using verb te-form and connecting verbs, write about what you do/did and how it is/was. Here are some example topics that you can write about:

NONPAST: your plan for the upcoming weekend, what you usually do
PAST: your past weekend, こどもの時、こうこうの時

Here is my example:
私はだいがくの時、よくアルバイトをして、えいごをべんきょうしました。ちょっとたいへんでしたが、おもしろかったです。アルバイトのおかねでアメリカに行きました(^^)。サンフランシスコとフロリダとニューヨークとワシントンDCとフィラデルフィアとミネソタに行きました～。

こんしゅうのしゅうまつは。。。。かいものをして、リラックスして、かぞくとすごします(spend time w/my family)*(^_^)*。。。 じゃ、みなさん、よいしゅうまつを！
